A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for your first night will be required
to guarantee a reservation. The deposit will be charged at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund
If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior
to these deposit refund cancellation deadlines:
• RV/Tent: 48 Hours - To cancel your RV/tent reservation, notify KOA by 4 p.m. two days
prior to your scheduled arrival.
• Kabin: 7 Days - To cancel your Kabin reservation, notify KOA one week
prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Reservations made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Charges
A $5 ($10 Canadian) cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made
prior to deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.
